My husband was diagnosed by a pulmonologist as having asthma or possibly COPD. He was given a prescription for a steroid inhaler. This product is great. I have asthma. When I feel my lungs start to get tight I take to capsules and it greatly reduces the frequency that I have to take my inhaler. It also helps me when I have a cold both with breathing and helping to clear chest congestion. I also give it to my family when they have a chest cold to help them too (they don't have asthma). Having been diagnosed with COPD, and having problems exhaling. I find this product to be extremely helpful. The longer I take them, the stronger my lungs have become.

As a dedicated Christian, to me Lignosus powder has been a Godsend. A rising 85-year-old, I have emphysema due to a misspent youth - and my breathing difficulties have been getting out of hand in the past few months…so much so , that I surfed the net for a natural treatment , as the prescribed medications for my condition were losing their effectiveness. The only reason i decided to try Lignosus was that you didn’t make the outlandish claims of it being a panacea (like so many do). Your claims didn’t claim to ‘cure’, but to help general lung health. I had my first dose of Lignosus on 09-09-2021 - only 15 days ago, and the results have been outstanding. I noticed the beneficial effects after only THREE DAYS. I did try doubling the dose after a few days, but there was no noticeable acceleration in my breathing capability - so I’ve reverted to one dose after breakfast. To be honest I have been using Lignosus for over 3 months and didn’t notice much significant difference until last week. I bought a 3 month supply and they said it could take up to 3 months to see a difference. So after months I ordered another 3 months supply and decided if there was no difference after that I wouldn’t buy more. Like I said, it’s now been 3 months 2 weeks and I have emphysema. I go to the gym but something made me so badly breathless like cross trainers. I just can’t breathe but i try to do 5mins. Last week from nowhere I found it easy and even went faster. I have also run up my own stairs at home and not been gasping. So I haven’t done anything but religiously taken a sachet every morning. It does appear to help so long as I don't do something to aggravate my breathing such as smoking, in-hailing cleaning chemicals, or over expose myself to enormous outdoor pollution. The pollution part is a little challenging in New York City though. So, this product helps with that as well.
